Menemen-Manisa yoluna yakın, Manisa'ya bağlı Uzunburun Köyü/Mah. yakınında bulunan ve M.S. 13. yy.'a tarihlenen kimi görüşlere göre kale, kimi görüşlere göre de tahkim edilmiş Bizans Manastırı. Nedeni pek anlaşılmamakla birlikte sonraları burada yoğurt yapılılıp saklandığı için Yoğurtçu Kalesi olarak da anılıyor. Genelde yörede bulunan taşlarla yapılmış, zaman içinde bazı çökmeler olmuş, güzel bir peyzaj içinde ancak güney batısında bulunan mıcır işletmesinin kaleye zarar verdiği de belirtiliyor.
