Yeşil zeytinler pazarda görücüye çıkmaya başladı.
Türkiye'nin önemli zeytin ve zeytinyağı üretim merkezlerinden Gaziantep'te kış aylarının yaklaşması üzerine tezgâhlarda yerini alan kışlık yeşil zeytin vatandaşların ilgisini çekiyor.
Her yıl sonbahar aylarında toplanan kahvaltılık yeşil zeytinler, genelde halk tarafından mevsimlik olarak tüketiliyor. Evlerde elle ve son model makinelerle kırılan zeytinler, çizme, kırma ve salamura şeklinde hazırlanıyor.
