Bu bir Orkide, Türkçemizdeki adıyla salep yada sahlep. Muhtemelen Anacamptis cinsinden.
Yumrulu güzel bitkilerdir. Yumrularından içtiğimiz ve dondurmalarda kıvamı sağlayan salep elde edilir. Ülkemizde aileye ait çok fazla tür vardır,(Ochidacea familyasına ait 24 cins ve 90 kadar tür) fakat ticari değerleri nedeniyle aşırı sökümü pek çok yörede tükenme tehlikesinr yol açmaktadır.
