Mechanism for opening the memory card door is just next to SR switch.
On the left side there are connections for USB/Video, DC input, cable connections. On the right side is the memory card door. The camera automatically closes down if the door is opened while on, to protect the memory card and contents.
At the bottom, there are connection points for tripod and battery grip (D-BG2), battery compartment and locker mechanism for battery.
